I’m thrilled that my piece “Sissy, Not Mummy” was selected by Juror Philip Bewley to be included in this National Juried Exhibition at Arc Gallery! The piece I created transformed my sister’s custom-made radiation mask used during her throat cancer treatments into a decorated, celebrated, memorialized and spiritualized 3D bust for all cigarette smokers, living and otherwise.

The - in person - opening reception is Saturday, November 20th, 6-9pm and I will also be participating in the online Artist Talk on Wednesday, December 1st from 6-7pm PST.

The exhibition runs from November 20th-December 18th. Arc Gallery is open Wednesdays & Thursdays from 1-6pm and Saturdays from 12-3pm and is located at 1246 Folsom Street, San Francisco, CA.
